Intercompany Credit Agreement definition

Intercompany Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement dated April 30, 2006 by and between Seller and the Company, and any successor agreement or any other agreement that provides for H&R Block, Inc. or any Affiliate of H&R Block, Inc. to make loans or extend credit to the Company or any of its Affiliates.
Intercompany Credit Agreement means any agreement or document, of any kind, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time, executed by any Settlor with any Counterparty, or by any Additional Settlor or Additional Counterparty, whatever such agreement or document is designated or called and irrespectively from the legislation which governs it, evidencing credit rights, arising from any underlying transaction, granted by a Mexican Group Member to any of the Counterparties or Additional Counterparties or to any Mexican Group Member, executed prior to or subsequently to the date of this Agreement.
Intercompany Credit Agreement means the [Intercompany Loan Agreement] entered into on the Issue Date between the Issuer and [DLLC2], as amended, restated, supplemented, waived, replaced (whether or not upon termination, and whether with the original lenders or otherwise), restructured, repaid, refunded, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time, including any agreement or indenture extending the maturity thereof, refinancing, replacing or otherwise restructuring all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such agreement or agreements or indenture or indentures or any successor or replacement agreement or agreements or indenture or indentures or increasing the amount loaned or issued thereunder or altering the maturity thereof (except to the extent any such refinancing, replacement or restructuring is designated by the Issuer to not be included in the definition of “Intercompany Credit Agreement”).
