Intercarrier Roamer Service Agreement definition

Intercarrier Roamer Service Agreement means the Intercarrier Roamer Service Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2014, by and between Sprint Spectrum L.P., certain Affiliates of Sprint, and NTELOS Inc.
