Examples of Intent to Submit in a sentence

  • If any changes are issued to this RFP, a good faith attempt will be made to deliver the additional information to those persons or firms who, according to the records of MPS, have previously received a copy of and are registered (on the Intent to Submit form) with the District for this RFP.

  • A Bidder who does not submit an Intent to Submit email may not be sent any amendments or addenda.

  • No Proponent who sends an Intent to Submit email is obligated to submit a Proposal.

  • A Proponent who does not submit an Intent to Submit email may not be sent any amendments or addenda.

  • Upon receipt of an Intent to Submit (or at any point during the pendency of an application), the Agency will notify Applicants of any delinquency default or noncompliance.

  • A disputing Party shall deliver to the other Party a copy of the Notice of Intent to Submit a Claim to Arbitration and other documents, such as a Notice of Arbitration and Statement of Claim, no later than 30 days after the date that such documents have been delivered to the disputing Party.

  • Vendors who are interested in responding to this ITN are encouraged to send a Notice of Intent to Submit a Reply (APPENDIX I) to the Procurement Manager specified in Section 1.4, on or before the date and time specified in Section 2.5.

Related to Intent to Submit

  • Consent to subcontract means the Contracting Officer’s written consent for the Contractor to enter into a particular subcontract.

  • Notice of Motion means a notice setting out the text of a motion, which it is proposed to move at the next relevant meeting;

  • Notice of Proposal to Negotiate has the meaning set forth in Section 10(c) hereof.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, as described in Section II(E)(7) below.

  • Initiating state means a state in which a proceeding pursuant to this or a substantially similar reciprocal law is commenced.

  • a term's notice means written notice given not later than the first day of the term preceding the term to which the notice relates;

  • Sending state means the state from which a child of a military family is sent, brought, or caused to be sent or brought.

  • Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.

  • Breach Notice has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);

  • Notice of Hearing means a notice containing the information set out in Schedule VIII;

  • Notice of Sale means the Notice of Sale of the Trust relating to the sale of the Series 2016A-1 Bonds to be dated on or about May 2, 2016, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Patent Term Extension means any term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and equivalents thereof offering Patent protection beyond the initial term with respect to any issued Patents.

  • Non-Acceptance of Proposal means another proposal was deemed more advantageous to the University or that all proposals were rejected.

  • Notice in Writing or written notice shall mean a notice in writing, type or printed characters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise provided to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received when in the ordinary course of post it would have been delivered.
