Intended Delivery Date definition

Intended Delivery Date means 17 June 2010 (the date on which the Vessel will be ready for delivery pursuant to the Building Contract as at the date of the Fourth Supplemental Deed) or any other date notified by the Borrower to the Agent in accordance with Clause 27 as being the date on which the Vessel will be ready for delivery pursuant to the Building Contract.
Intended Delivery Date means 29 July 2027 (the date on which the Ship will be ready for delivery pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract as at the date of this Agreement) or any other date notified by the Borrower to the Agent in accordance with paragraph (a) of Clause 4.10 (No later than sixty (60) days before the Intended Delivery Date) or paragraph (b) of Clause 4.12 (No later than five (5) Business Days before the Intended Delivery Date) as being the date on which the Builder and the Borrower have agreed that the Ship will be ready for delivery pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract.
Intended Delivery Date means 30 June 2016 (the date on which the Ship will be ready for delivery pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract as at the date of this Agreement) or any other date notified by the Borrower to the Agent in accordance with Clauses 3.5(a)(i) or 3.7(c) as being the date on which the Builder and the Borrower have agreed that the Ship will be ready for delivery pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract.

  • Scheduled Delivery Date means the Date on which the Seller is required to start delivering the power at the Delivery Point as per the terms and conditions of the PPA;

  • Controlled delivery means the technique of allowing illicit or suspect consignments to pass out of, through or into the territory of one or more States, with the knowledge and under the supervision of their competent authorities, with a view to the investigation of an offence and the identification of persons involved in the commission of the offence.

  • Delivery Day means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which national banking associations are authorized to be closed. Any party may change its address for purposes of the receipt of notices and demands by giving notice of the change in the manner provided in this provision.

Counterparty shall promptly notify Dealer of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events (including the number of Shares subject to clause (i), (ii) or (iii) and the corresponding number of Shares to be delivered) and promptly deliver such Shares thereafter.

  • Delivery Date(s) means the date or dates requested for delivery of Products as set forth in any Order.
