Intelligence Information definition

Intelligence Information means evaluated data relevant to the identification of criminal activity engaged in by an individual or organization reasonably suspected of involvement in criminal activity that meets criminal intelligence system submission criteria as set forth in Part 23 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Intelligence Information is a criminal justice record pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-72-302(4).
Intelligence Information. MEANS EVALUATED DATA RELEVANT TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY ENGAGED IN BY AN INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION REASONABLY SUSPECTED OF INVOLVEMENT IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THAT MEETS CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM SUBMISSION CRITERIA AS SET FORTH IN PART 23 OF TITLE 28 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
Intelligence Information means information that was acquired or prepared by an Australian intelligence agency in connection with its functions; information that relates to the performance by such an agency of it functions, or which identifies a current or former employee of ASIO or ASIS. An ‘Australian intelligence agency’ means one of the six agencies within the Australian Intelligence Community.39

  • All efforts supported under this contract shall be provided in accordance with Department of Defense, United States Air Force, or DoD Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS), and National Security Agency standards as applicable to the task order.

  • The purpose of the CISC is to facilitate the sharing of Data and Intelligence Information between the Parties and non-Party governmental entities and agencies authorized by the Board.

  • The Board may set policies and procedures regarding Intelligence Information use, receipt, maintenance, security, and dissemination not inconsistent with Part 23 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

  • This Collective Bargaining Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st of June 2019 by Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services, and its subcontractors Senspex, Valiant, Advanced Systems Technology, Inc., and Check Defense, (“Company” as used herein refers to each of the five companies separately.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.

  • Ordering Information means (i) a reference to this Agreement; (ii) the Customer's name; (iii) the SAP Cloud Service for which Provider is ordering subscriptions for a specific Customer and the total number of Authorized Users (or other usage metric stated in the Order Form) for each product; (iv) the subscription fees due for the SAP Cloud Services and the length of the subscription term; the (v) Provider billing contact information and such other information as set forth in the form of the Order Form.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.
