Intellectual Property Right definition

Intellectual Property Right means any patent, trade mark, service mark, copyright, moral right, right in a design, know-how and any other intellectual or industrial property rights, anywhere in the world whether or not registered.
Intellectual Property Right means any patent, patent application, copyright, moral right, trade name, trademark, service xxxx, trade secret, and any applications or right to apply for registration therefor, internet domain names, logos, designs, slogans, and general intangibles of like nature, computer software programs or applications, tangible or intangible proprietary information, know-how, proprietary processes, formulae, algorithms, or any other intellectual property right, whether registered or unregistered, and whether first created before or after the Agreement Effective Date.
Intellectual Property Right means all intellectual and industrial property rights and interests throughout the world, whether registered or unregistered, including trade marks, designs, patents, inventions, semi conductor, circuit and other eligible layouts, copyright and analogous rights, trade secrets, know how, processes, concepts, plant breeder’s rights, confidential information and all other intellectual property rights as defined in Article 2 of the Convention establishing the World Intellectual Property Organisation on 14 July 1967 as amended from time to time.
