Intellectual Property Contracts definition

Intellectual Property Contracts means all agreements concerning Intellectual Property, including without limitation license agreements, technology consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, co-existence agreements, consent agreements and non-assertion agreements.
Intellectual Property Contracts means all agreements involving, relating to or affecting the Intellectual Property, including, without limitation, agreements granting rights to use the Licensed or Sub-Licensed Intellectual Property, agreements granting rights to use Owned Intellectual Property, confidentiality agreements, Trademark coexistence agreements, Trademark consent agreements and non-assertion agreements.
Intellectual Property Contracts means all agreements concerning the Business Intellectual Property, including without limitation agreements granting the Company rights to use the Licensed Intellectual Property, agreements granting rights to use Owned Intellectual Property, confidentiality agreements, Trademark coexistence agreements, Trademark consent agreements and nonassertion agreements.

Intellectual Property Contracts means all license and other agreements granting or obtaining any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property or otherwise relating to the use (both directly or through a third party service), development, maintenance, support, distribution, sale or escrow of Intellectual Property.
