Integration Agreement definition

Integration Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Partners on 17 January 2018 setting out how they intend to implement the requirements of Part 9 Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015.

Integration Agreement means the agreement to be signed by an Integrator as a requirement for developing, designing, manufacturing, modifying, marketing, selling, distributing or using any Satellite Data Modem for any application not permitted under the terms of this Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.
