Integrated Resource Account definition

Integrated Resource Account is an account maintained by Forest Service of all Contractor’s deposits, credits, payment guarantees, and the charges for:

Examples of Integrated Resource Account in a sentence

  • If payment(s) fall due on a date other than a normal billing date, the payment date shall be extended to coincide with the next Integrated Resource Account billing date.

  • If Specified Road construction costs for acceptable alternate facilities are less than the estimated costs of facili- ties listed in the original Schedule of Items that Contractor does not construct, Integrated Resource Account shall be adjusted by Forest Service to reflect the reduction in costs.

  • Such estimated costs are subject to adjustment under D.3, F.2, F.2.1, F.2.1.2, F.2.5, and F.2.6. Appropriately adjusted costs shall be made a part of a revised Schedule of Items and shown as ad- justments to Integrated Resource Account.

  • Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to contract adver- tisement, unless otherwise shown in A.8 or Contractor survey and design are specified in A.7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Integrated Resource Account.

  • Contracting Officer, as provided in F.2.1, F.2.1.2, F.2.5.1, F.2.5.2, and F.2.5.3, shall adjust Specified Road construction cost estimates in the Schedule of Items and show the adjustments as credits or debits to Integrated Resource Account in the month when the road segment is accepted.

  • Contractor shall be paid refunds due from Integrated Resource Account un- der E.2.4 and excess cooperative deposits under E.2.1.8.

  • When the credit balance in Integrated Resource Account is less than the amount due for timber estimated to be cut in 10 days, Contracting Officer will suspend all or any part of Contractor’s Operations until payment or acceptable payment guarantee is received.

  • When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer requests Contractor to delay or interrupt Contractor’s Operations for more than 90 days, the unamortized cost of Specified Roads shall be credited to Contractor’s Integrated Resource Account upon the written request of Contractor or at the discre- tion of Contracting Officer.

  • If Specified Road construction costs for acceptable alternate facilities are less than the esti- mated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Contractor does not construct, Integrated Resource Account shall be adjusted by Forest Service to reflect the reduction in costs.

Related to Integrated Resource Account

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).

  • Primary Account or “Settlement Account” shall mean, in case of multiple Accounts linked to the ATM/Debit Card, the Account that has been designated as being the main/first Account of operation i.e. the Account from which purchase transactions, charges and fees related to the ATM/Debit Card are debited.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. as Master Servicer for HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-OAR4 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Companion Distribution Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

  • Project Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Energy Accounts means the regional energy accounts/state energy accounts as specified in the Grid Code issued by the appropriate agency for each Month (as per their prescribed methodology), including the revisions and amendments thereof;

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Related provider trust means a titling trust or other trust established by a licensed viatical settlement provider or a financing entity for the sole purpose of holding the ownership or beneficial interest in purchased policies in connection with a financing transaction. The trust shall have a written agreement with the licensed viatical settlement provider under which the licensed viatical settlement provider is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and under which the trust agrees to make all records and files related to viatical settlement transactions available to the commissioner as if those records and files were maintained directly by the licensed viatical settlement provider.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Merchant Account means an account used to submit credit card or debit card transactions or process credit card or debit card transactions.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
