Reconsideration means review by the director of an insurer’s Notice of Closure.
Business Combination Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.

Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).
Business Combination means any merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses, involving the Company.
New entrant means a teacher who is not a present teacher.
the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));
Dispositional hearing means a hearing to determine the order of disposition which should be made with respect to a child adjudged to be a ward of the court;
Alternative Transaction means the sale, transfer, lease or other disposition, directly or indirectly, including through an asset sale, stock sale, merger or other similar transaction, of all or substantially all of the Purchased Assets in a transaction or a series of transactions with one or more Persons other than Purchaser (or its Affiliates).
Acquisition Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).
Integration as defined in ORS 427.005 means:
transitional matter means a matter that needs to be dealt with for the purpose of effecting the transition from the provisions of the Acts amended by this Act as in force before this Act comes into operation to the provisions of those Acts as in force after this Act comes into operation.
