Intake site definition

Intake site means an entity/agency that contracts with the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services to: 1) provide energy assistance applications to the public, 2) accept energy assistance applications from the public, ensuring the appropriate documents are attached, and 3) forward the completed applications to one of the two Energy Assistance Program offices in the state.
