Insured Interest definition

Insured Interest means the rights, title and interest in the Foreign Enterprise acquired by the Insured in return for the Insured Investment in the Foreign Enterprise, as set forth in Item 5 of the Schedule.
Insured Interest means those interests defined as “Insured Interest” in the Global Policies.
