Insurance Retentions definition

Insurance Retentions means deductibles or risk retention levels that are not in excess of the per occurrence limit for any loss or reserve established by Manager for the Hotel. This limit will be substantially similar to the limits for similar hotels participating in the blanket insurance programs.
Insurance Retentions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Exhibit D hereof.
Insurance Retentions shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.02.B.1.

Related to Insurance Retentions

  • Insurance means comprehensive insurance of the vehicle(s)/equipment and shall include insurance of the crew.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
