Insurance Plans definition

Insurance Plans means a plan or plans offering benefits through a group insurance policy or policies.
Insurance Plans means all employment benefits relating to disability or wage continuation during period of absence from work (including short term disability, long term disability and workers compensation), hospitalization, health, medical or dental treatments or expenses, life insurance, death or survivor's benefits and supplementary employment insurance, in each case regardless of whether or not such benefits are insured or self-insured;
Insurance Plans means the Debtorsinsurance policies and any agreements, documents or instruments relating thereto entered into before the Petition Date.

  • Insurance Benefits will be provided by the Insurance Plans, not this Plan.
