Instruments of Service definition

Instruments of Service means the design, documents, specifications and reports prepared by or on behalf of the Prime Consultant or Consultants, including but not limited to plans, sketches, drawings, graphic representations and computer- generated designs and materials.
Instruments of Service is defined in Section 10.01(c).

More Definitions of Instruments of Service

Instruments of Service shall have the meaning given in the Agreement. “Liquidated Damages” shall have the meaning given in the Agreement.
