Instrument Specification means, with respect to any Instrument, the rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Instrument, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by Tera.

Instrument Specification means, with respect to any Instrument, the rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Instrument, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by Tera. “Pricing Exhibit Form” is the Tera form stating the Fees (defined in Section 7) to be charged or passed through to User for Transactions and other fees applicable to User for the Services, hereinafter, collectively “Fees.”

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Split Specimen means a part of the urine specimen that is sent to a first laboratory and retained unopened, and which is transported to a second laboratory in the event that the employee requests that it be tested following a verified positive test of the primary specimen or a verified adulterated or substituted test result.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.
