Instrument of Assignment definition

Instrument of Assignment means the Instrument of Assignment in the form of Exhibit B.
Instrument of Assignment means each instrument of assignment executed by a Loan Party with respect to any Material Government Contract to which such Loan Party is a party, substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto.
Instrument of Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

Instrument of Assignment means the instrument of assignment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F, to be entered into by Sellers and Buyer at the Initial Closing.
