Instructions to Proponents means all instructions, requirements, terms and conditions of this RFP and

  • Proposals that contain qualifying conditions or otherwise fail to conform to these Instructions to Proponents may be disqualified or rejected.

  • No part of Part A – Introduction, this Part B – Instructions to Proponents nor Part C – Special Conditions will be legally binding on the City or the Proponent.


More Definitions of Instructions to Proponents

Instructions to Proponents means the document named as such forming part of the Proposal Documents;
