Institutional Network definition

Institutional Network means the system of dedicated fibers, coaxial cables, or wires constructed and maintained by an incumbent cable provider which is reserved and dedicated by the municipality for noncommercial purposes.
Institutional Network means a network that connects governmental, educational, and community institutions.
Institutional Network or “I-Net” means a communications network which is described in Section 7 herein and which is generally available only to Subscribers who are not residential Subscribers.

More Definitions of Institutional Network

Institutional Network or “I-NET” means the institutional network connecting Grantor’s public facilities and Institutional Subscribers within the Franchise Area all as described in greater detail in this Agreement.

Institutional Network means a communication network for educational or governmental use which is constructed or operated by the Cable Operator and which is generally available only to Subscribers who are not residential Subscribers.
Institutional Network or "I-Net" means the facilities or capacity designed principally for connecting public facilities and organizations within the Franchise Area as is described in greater detail in this Franchise.
