Institutional Information definition

Institutional Information means: Any information or data created, received, and/or collected by UC or on its behalf, including but not limited to: application logs, metadata, and data derived from such data.
Institutional Information means Institutional Data that have been derived, aggregated, processed, organized, structured and presented as a report, dashboard, graphic visualization, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or as a corollary database, Data Mart or Data Warehouse.
Institutional Information means all SAICA’s information assets which can be classified into discreet categories as mandated in the Documented Information Guide;

Examples of Institutional Information in a sentence

  • Institutional Information shall belong exclusively to UC and unless expressly provided, this Agreement shall not be construed as conferring on Supplier any patent, copyright, trademark, license right or trade secret owned or obtained by UC.

  • Supplier agrees to comply with all applicable state, federal, and foreign laws, as well as industry best practices, governing the collection, access, use, disclosure, safeguarding and destruction of Institutional Information.

  • Supplier’s transmission, transportation or storage of Institutional Information outside the United States, or access of Institutional Information from outside the United States, is prohibited except with prior written authorization by UC.

  • Supplier agrees to hold UC’s Confidential Institutional Information, and any information derived therefrom, in strict confidence.

  • Supplier agrees to protect the privacy and security of Institutional Information according to all applicable laws and industry best practices, and no less rigorously than it protects its own information, but in no case less than reasonable care.

  • Any right for Supplier to use Institutional Information is solely provided on a non-exclusive basis, and only to the extent required for Supplier to provide the Goods or Services under the Agreement.

  • Supplier will not access, use or disclose Institutional Information, other than to carry out the purposes for which UC disclosed the Institutional Information to Supplier, except as required by applicable law, or as otherwise authorized in writing by UC prior to Supplier’s disclosure.

  • For avoidance of doubt, this provision prohibits Supplier from using for its own benefit Institutional Information and any information derived therefrom.

  • Supplier shall have the limited right to disclose Institutional Information to Supplier’s employees provided that: (i) Supplier shall disclose only such Institutional Information as is necessary for the Supplier to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and (ii) Supplier informs such employees of the obligations governing the access, use and disclosure of Institutional Information prior to Supplier’s disclosure.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the sale of Institutional Information is expressly prohibited.

Related to Institutional Information

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.
