Institution Data definition

Institution Data means any data or information of the Institution that is provided to Customers Bank in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including data and information with respect to the businesses, operations, facilities, products, consumer markets, assets, finances, and personal information of Users. For the avoidance of doubt, Institution Data may include directory information as defined in 34 CFR 99.3. Additional required data will be determined during implementation. Institution Data shall not mean the data generated and used by Customers Bank to provide the Services to Users.
Institution Data means any electronic data, information or material provided or submitted to Anthology through the Program(s) by Institution, or by Users (as the terms are defined below).
Institution Data. Any business information, end-user data, user-generated content, or other data of any type which is provided or made available by a Member via the Track with the explicit exception of Clinical Data.

More Definitions of Institution Data

Institution Data means: (a) all data and information relating to any Student or Institution Staff (including Personal Data, as such Personal Data is further described in the Data Protection Particulars) which: (i) is supplied or made available by or on behalf of the Institution to Jisc; (ii) is collected by Jisc from the Institution, any Student or Institution Staff; or (iii) is transmitted to or through Jisc or any of its Affiliates by the Institution, any Student or Institution Staff, in each case in connection with the Learning Analytics Services; and (b) any other Personal Data which the Institution agrees to provide or make available to Jisc for transfer into the Learning Data Hub in connection with the performance of the Learning Analytics Services; Institution Staff means any current or former member of staff or employee of the Institution;
Institution Data means any data or information of the Institution that is provided to BM Technologies in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including data and information with respect to the businesses, operations, facilities, products, consumer markets, assets, finances, and personal information of include directory information as defined in 34 CFR 99.3. Additional required data will be determined during implementation. Institution Data shall not mean the data generated and used by BM Technologies to provide the Services to Users.
Institution Data means any Personal Data contained in the Institution Records (as such term is defined in the Underlying Agreement).
Institution Data means Acquisition Data, Circulation Data, Patron Data and all other information of Institution or any third party that is provided or permitted by Institution to reside on OCLC's Systems or that is provided, generated, transmitted or displayed via the Service by Institution or Patrons.
Institution Data means all data or information (including without limitation, Documents and OnPlan User Information) provided by Institution to OnPlan U in connection with the OnPlan Service. “Marks” means the trademarks, service marks, logos or similar items, to be provided by one party to the other party for use pursuant to this Agreement. “OnPlan Data” means all data and/or information provided by OnPlan U pursuant to the OnPlan Service. “OnPlan Service Platform” is the website, computer networks, servers, APIs and other data and information provided or made available by OnPlan to enable Institution to establish payment plans with OnPlan Users. “OnPlan User” is a Qualified Person who creates an account and/or makes payments to Institution pursuant to the OnPlan Service.
Institution Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, or image files that are provided to Microsoft by, or on behalf of, Institution through Institution’s use of the Online Services.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
