Instalment Premium definition

Instalment Premium means the premium amount specified in the Schedule which is payable under this Policy at the frequency and in the modes specified in the Schedule.
Instalment Premium is the premium as payable by You as per the Policy Schedule to effect and continue this Policy Contract.

Examples of Instalment Premium in a sentence

  • If the actual Age of the Life Assured is such that the Life Assured would not have been eligible under this insurance product either on Policy Commencement Date or on date of Death for insurance coverage, this Policy shall be cancelled with effect from the Policy Commencement Date and the Instalment Premium received shall be refunded after the deduction of the stamp duty charges and costs incurred by Us on the medical examination of the Life Assured, if any.

  • We will cancel this Policy and refund the Instalment Premium received after deducting proportionate risk premium for the period on cover, stamp duty charges and expenses incurred by Us on the medical examination of the Life Assured (if any).

  • Revival Period is 2 consecutive years from the first Premium Due Date on which the Instalment Premium was unpaid.

  • Revival Period is 5 consecutive years from the first Premium Due Date on which the Instalment Premium was unpaid.

  • We will permit any change to be made to the frequency at which the Instalment Premium is payable as recorded in the Policy Schedule.

  • If after the receipt of Instalment Premiums for the first 2 Policy Years in full, any subsequent Instalment Premium remains unpaid upon the expiry of the Grace Period, this Policy will be converted into a Reduced Paid Up Policy.

  • The premium payable will be “Total Instalment Premium” which includes• Instalment Premium for Base Policy and• Instalment Premium for Rider(s), if rider(s) has been opted for.The term ‘Premium’ used anywhere in this Policy Document does not include any taxes which is payable separately.

  • Revival Period is five consecutive years from the first Premium Due Date on which the Instalment Premium was unpaid.

  • We will not permit any changes to be made to the frequency at which the Instalment Premium is payable as recorded in the Schedule.

  • Non-Forfeiture ProvisionsIf any Instalment Premium remains unpaid at the end of the Grace Period (Refer Part C), this Policy will be subject to the non-forfeiture provisions as stipulated below.

Related to Instalment Premium

  • Instalment Amount has the meaning given to it in Condition 1.07 (Bearer Covered Bonds);

  • Instalment means with respect to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each instalment due from the relevant Debtor thereunder and which consists of an Interest Instalment and a Principal Instalment.

  • Instalment Date means each date (if any) specified as such opposite each Instalment Amount in the Issue Memorandum.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.

  • Prepayment Premium Period means the period during which, if a prepayment of principal occurs, a prepayment premium will be payable by Borrower to Lender. The Prepayment Premium Period is the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the first day of the Window Period.

  • Repayment Instalment means any instalment of the Loan to be repaid by the Borrower under Clause 5.1 (Repayment of Loan).

  • Applicable Prepayment Premium has the meaning specified therefor in the Fee Letter.

  • Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.

  • Deposit Premium means a provisional premium which is agreed upon in the event of it being impossible at the due date of the premium to determine the exact premium, and which represents a reasonable estimate of the premium;

  • Extra Premium means an additional amount charged by Us, as per Our Underwriting Policy, which is determined on the basis of disclosures made by You in the Proposal Form or any other information received by Us including medical examination report of the Life Insured.

  • Net Premium means the premium, net of reinsurance premiums paid, HRA and GME payments, and MCO tax expenses.

  • Balloon Instalment has the meaning given in Clause 8.1;

  • Insurance Premium means the amount that each Debtor shall pay on a monthly basis to Agos pursuant to the relevant Consumer Loan Agreement, in relation to the insurance premium paid by Agos to the relevant Insurance Company under any Financed Insurance Policy.

  • Auction Premium means the difference in price (if any) between the Starting Price and the Clearing Price;

  • Repayment Price means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the price at which it is to be repaid by or pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Regular Premium means the amount exclusive of applicable taxes, if any, payable by the Policyholder at regular intervals during the Premium Paying Term, in amount and at the Premium Payment Frequency, both, as specified in the Schedule.

  • Make-Whole Premium means, with respect to a Note at any redemption date, the greater of:

  • Maturity Payment Date means the date falling on the fifth Business Day following the Valuation Date, provided, however, that if the Reference Portfolio Return is not determined on such Valuation Date because the date at which the Reference Asset Return of one or more Reference Assets to be determined is postponed, then the Maturity Payment Date will be the fifth Business Day following the latest of such postponed dates at which the Reference Portfolio Return is determined; in each case where the Maturity Payment Date is so postponed, there will be no interest or other compensation made in respect of any such delay.

  • LATE CHARGES All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Any invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are subject to a one percent (1%) per month financing charge on any unpaid balance but only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Prepayment Fee is, with respect to any Term Loan subject to prepayment prior to the Maturity Date, whether by mandatory or voluntary prepayment, acceleration or otherwise, an additional fee payable to the Lenders in amount equal to:

  • Annual Premium means an amount specified in the Schedule, which is payable under the annual Premium payment mode under this Policy, excluding Extra Premium, if any and excluding service tax or any other taxes, cesses or levies, if any;

  • Additional Amount Payment means a payment to a Holder of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of an amount which, when taken together with the aggregate amount of Taxable Allocations made to such Holder to which such Additional Amount Payment relates, would cause such Holder’s dividends in dollars (after federal income tax consequences) from the aggregate of such Taxable Allocations and the related Additional Amount Payment to be equal to the dollar amount of the dividends that would have been received by such Holder if the amount of such aggregate Taxable Allocations would have been excludable (for federal income tax purposes) from the gross income of such Holder. Such Additional Amount Payment shall be calculated (i) without A-1 consideration being given to the time value of money; (ii) assuming that no Holder of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax with respect to dividends received from the Fund; and (iii) assuming that each Taxable Allocation and each Additional Amount Payment (except to the extent such Additional Amount Payment is designated as an exempt-interest dividend under Section 852(b)(5) of the Code) would be taxable in the hands of each Holder of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares at the maximum marginal regular federal individual income tax rate applicable to ordinary income or net capital gains, as applicable, or the maximum marginal regular federal corporate income tax rate applicable to ordinary income or net capital gains, as applicable, whichever is greater, in effect at the time such Additional Amount Payment is paid.

  • Optional Prepayment Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.02(a).
