Installment Certificate definition

Installment Certificate means a Certificate, other than a Series SWA 1996 Trust N620SW-I Certificate, should any such Certificate be issued hereunder which shall provide for the payments of principal in installments.
Installment Certificate means a Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, should any such Certificate be issued hereunder.

  • The principal of each Installment Certificate shall be payable in installments, on each Installment Payment Date, in amounts equal to the Installment Payment Amount for such Installment Payment Date.
