Installed Capacity definition

Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;
Installed Capacity means {the name plate capacity of all the units of the Solar PV Project reckoned at Generator Terminals or the AC Rating of the Solar PV Project at Delivery Point}.
Installed Capacity means the capacity of the Project at the generating terminal(s) and shall be equal to MW.

  • The Contract Tenor under this Agreement shall be [20/25] years; provided that, once the Contract Delivery Term has begun, if a Force Majeure causes the cessation of production or delivery of at least fifty percent (50%) of the Operational Installed Capacity, the Contract Tenor for such portion of the Selected Project affected by such Force Majeure shall be extended on a day-for-day basis for the duration of such cessation of production or delivery.

  • Accordingly, the Project Capacity, i.e. the Installed Capacity shall mean the rated capacity of the Solar Power Project.

  • On a prorated basis, expressed as a fraction of the Contract Security equal to the Operational Installed Capacity divided by the product of 0.95 and the Offer Capacity, within thirty (30) Business Days of NYSERDA’s receipt of an attestation from the appropriate representative of Seller that the Operational Installed Capacity is greater than zero and less than the product of 0.95 and the Offer Capacity.


More Definitions of Installed Capacity

Installed Capacity means the sum total of name plate capacity of all the Units of the Project.
Installed Capacity means the capacity of the Project at the generating terminal(s) and and may be within ± 5% of Contracted Capacity, provided that necessary evacuation consent shall have to be arranged from GETCO / CTU.
