Installation Interval definition

Installation Interval has the meaning set forth in Sub-Article 6A(L)(1).
Installation Interval is any period during which Contractor is not obligated to have Expedited Upgrade Equipment substantially installed pursuant to this Sub-Article 6A(L)(1). Expedited Upgrades may be ordered during the periods when Purchaser is waiting for a System Upgrade pursuant to Sub-Article 6A(K) above. Expedited Upgrades shall be in addition to System * Material omitted and separately filed with the Commission under an application for confidential treatment. 32 29 Upgrades and shall not affect the schedule set forth in Sub-Article 6A(G) above, except that Contractor shall not be obligated to install more than * of capacity in the System. The capacity of all Expedited Upgrades installed will be subtracted from the System Upgrade schedule in inverse order and the Price of such reduced System Upgrades shall be adjusted accordingly based upon the prices set forth in the Upgrade Provisioning Schedule. Expedited Upgrades shall be considered "Upgrade Work" for all purposes of this Contract. The provisions of Sub-Articles 6A (B), (C) (first paragraph only), (D), (E), (F) and (J) shall apply to Expedited Upgrades. * If requested by Purchaser, at any time during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the expiration of the Upgrade Option Period, Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to sell (at Purchaser's cost) any equipment for an Expedited Upgrade which has been substantially installed but not activated, to other customers. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, if, at the end of the Upgrade Option Period, equipment for an Expedited Upgrade has been installed in accordance with this Sub-Article, but not activated, Purchaser shall pay Contractor for such equipment in accordance with the Payment terms of this Contract, provided that if Contractor has sold such equipment in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the proceeds of such sale (less Contractor's costs in connection with its efforts to sell) shall be deducted from the price owed by Purchaser to Contractor.
Installation Interval means the total number of business days between the system order entry date of a Sprint Wave Service order, excluding network design and order preparation time, and the datethe applicable service is installed and available for use, as solely determined bySprint.

Related to Installation Interval

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Type 3 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which none of the SW, or only a portion of the SW, deployed is licensed for Use with such TPD, and therefore a TPD is not deployed or running.

  • Type 2 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, but is not running on, such TPD; and,

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Installation inspector means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the physical sciences and the principles of engineering, acquired by a professional education and related practical experience, is qualified to supervise the installation of tank systems.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window and wall coverings, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, plumbing, and telephone and telecommunication wiring and equipment. At the expiration of the term, Lessor may require the removal of any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, and the restoration of the Premises and the Office Building Project to their prior condition, at Lessee's expense. Should Lessor permit Lessee to make its own alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, Lessee shall use only such contractor as has been expressly approved by Lessor, and Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, or use a contractor not expressly approved by Lessor, Lessor may, at any time during the term of this Lease, require that Lessee remove any part or all of the same.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • Military installation means: a base, camp, post, station, yard, center, homeport facility for any ship, or other activity under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense, including any leased facility, which is located within any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Marianas Islands and any other U.S. Territory. Such term does not include any facility used primarily for civil works, rivers and harbors projects, or flood control projects.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Removable Installations means any items listed on Exhibit F attached hereto and any items agreed by Landlord in writing to be included on Exhibit F in the future, (y) “Tenant’s Property” means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • electrical installation means an electrical installation as defined in the Regulations;

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
