Installation Equipment definition

Installation Equipment means all of the equipment and plant required on the Site for the satisfactory installation, commissioning and (if appropriate) testing, for the provision of the Services otherwise than for incorporation in the Goods.
Installation Equipment means drilling machines and any other machinery or things used in the construction, alteration, extension or replacement of a Vertical Closed Loop Ground Source Heat Pump.
Installation Equipment means the SkyWrap® Installation Equipment as set out in The Sales Order Acknowledgement and/or the Hire Agreement. Order the Hirer’s order for the hire of the Installation Equipment or the Hirer’s acceptance of the Quotation. Owner means AFL Telecommunications Europe Limited (registered no 03971894) whose registered office is at Xxxx X, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Hawkesworth Trading Estate, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX (together with its assigns and successors in title). Total Loss means due to the Hirer’s default the Installation Equipment is, in the Owner’s reasonable opinion or the opinion of its insurer(s), damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen, seized or confiscated. VAT means value added tax or any equivalent tax chargeable in the UK or elsewhere.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.
