Installation Cost definition

Installation Cost. – means the production unit acquisition, construction, and installation costs, and the costs associated with the engineering design needed to commence operations or functioning of such production unit.
Installation Cost means the total cost payable by the Lessee to the Lessee’s direct contractor under the contract for the carpet installation works. Payment of the Attendance Fees for the Designated Works may be made by the Lessee progressively in the course of the relevant Designated Works being carried out. The Lessor shall notify HPC that invoices issued by the Main Contractor for such Attendance Fees shall be submitted directly to the Lessee after the end of each calendar month and shall show a detailed breakdown of Attendance Fees claimed. The Lessee shall make payment of the Main Contractor’s invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice. In addition to the Attendance Fees for such Designated Works, the Lessee (or its sub-contractor) shall also be obliged to pay for use of electricity, water and other utilities in accordance with Clause 10.2.3 of the Original Agreement and where hoisting works are to be carried out by HPC, the costs for such hoisting works shall be at the rate of $80 per hour.
Installation Cost shall include all external and internal costs and expenses directly accruing to the installation, additional repair work and other incentives necessary to achieve final acceptance by TSMC to the extent that such installation cost are not provided for in the Closing Date Financial Statements and cannot be recovered from Third Parties such as suppliers, insurers or freight forwarders. Direct internal costs of the Acquired Company, including expenditures of direct labor costs for personnel, shall be charged on at-cost basis. General overheads and indirect costs (Verwaltungskosten) of the Acquired Company shall not be taken into account.

Installation Cost means the cost and expenses incurred and paid for by Tenant in performing alterations in accordance with plans and specifications approved by Landlord for its initial occupancy as evidenced by paid receipts for materials supplied and services rendered by independent contractors.

  • Construction Cost means and includes the cost of the entire construction of the Project, including all supervision, materials, supplies, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and/or other facilities furnished, used or consumed, without deduction on account of penalties, liquidated damages or other amounts withheld from payment to the contractor or contractors, but such cost shall not include the Consulting Engineer/Architect's fee, or other payments to the Consulting Engineer/Architect and shall not include cost of land or Rights-of-Way and Easement acquisition.

The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Equipment Cost means, for any Item of Equipment, the gross amount paid by the Company to the manufacturer thereof, including all applicable sales taxes, and delivery charges as invoiced by such manufacturer to the Company.
