Inspector of Election definition

Inspector of Election means an inspector of elections as defined in the Davis- Stirling Act.

Inspector of Election or “Inspector” means an inspector of elections as defined in the Davis-Stirling Act. The use of Inspector of Election or Inspector in the singular also includes it in the plural.

Examples of Inspector of Election in a sentence

  • If no statement supporting or opposing a ballot question is received by the deadline provided in these rules, the Secretary shall inform the Chief Inspector of Election and President, and then the President, or the President’s delegee, will prepare a statement that provides a summary of arguments supporting or opposing the question, identifies the preparer, and indicates that no other statement was received.

  • Lead inspector means an individual who has been licensed by the Board to conduct lead inspections and abatement clearance testing.

  • Disinterested Shareholder means a shareholder that is not an Insider to whom options may be granted under the Plan and they are not an Associate of any Insider.
