Inspection Period definition

Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day of the Effective Date.

In the absence of such written notice, the contingency provided for in this Section 6.02 shall no longer be applicable, Buyer shall be deemed to have waived its right to terminate under this Section 6.02, and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
