Inspecting Architect definition

Inspecting Architect means the architect, if any, hired by Lessor to perform inspections of the premises. An Inspecting Architect may only be engaged by Lessor in the event of a default relating to construction of the Improvements under the Development Financing Documents.
Inspecting Architect means AECC, Inc. The Inspecting Architect shall make regular inspections of the construction site, but in no event less than once a month, to confirm that construction of the Improvements is in conformance with the Plans and Specifications. More Definitions of Inspecting Architect

Inspecting Architect means an independent architectural or engineering firm employed by the Agent with respect to a Mortgaged Property. The Borrower may submit to the Agent a list of suggested architectural and engineering firms for consideration by the Agent. The Agent shall not, however, be obligated to select or retain an Inspecting Architect from such list.
Inspecting Architect means Capital Consultants, Inc., or such other Person or entity as Lender may designate from time to time (a) to inspect the construction of the Improvements; (b) to review the Plans, drawings, sketches, specifications, reports, modifications, change orders and the like; (c) to certify that the construction of the Improvements has been completed in accordance with the Plans; and (d) to perform other related services with respect thereto.
Inspecting Architect means an architect selected by and at the option of Owner to perform periodic inspections and provide independent advice and consultation in respect of the construction of the Project.

"Sub-Contracts" shall mean the contracts between the Contractor and its materialmen and mechanics in the furnishing of labor or materials for the Project. 25. "Title" shall mean Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation issuing the Lessor's fee owner's title insurance policy.
