Inland Location definition

Inland Location means a geographic area away from all of (i) the sea; (ii) a deltaic area; or (iii) an estuarine area.
Inland Location means a geographic area away from the sea without direct short-sea and deep-sea connections.

Each MBE/WBE letter of certification contains a description of the firm’s Area of Specialty. This information is also contained in the Directory (defined below). Credit toward this Contract’s MBE and WBE participation goals shall be limited to the participation of firms performing within their Area of Specialty.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
