Initial Unit definition

Initial Unit means the beneficial interest in the Fund acquired by ERC by virtue of making the Initial Contribution;

Initial Unit means the one Class A Unit issued to the Initial Unitholder by the Trust.

Examples of Initial Unit in a sentence

• Provisioning – Initial Unit applies per ISO for the first unit installed.

More Definitions of Initial Unit
