Initial Trust definition

Initial Trust means the South Canterbury Power Trust established by deed on 15 July 1993;
Initial Trust means the trust created by the terms of a Deed of Assignment and Bare Trust which is attached to the front of this Assignment and Settlement documentation;
Initial Trust means the separate trust created under that certain "Casey's General Stores, Inc. Non-Qualified Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan Trust Agreement," dated October 24, 1997, between the Company, as the grantor, and UMB Bank, n.a., as the Trustee, for the purpose of investment of Contributions made under the Plan, a copy of which shall be attached to this Plan as Exhibit A.

Examples of Initial Trust in a sentence

  • The Initial Trust Property means the assets specified in Part 1 and/or Part 2 of the Schedule.

  • Brandon Steele agrees to execute a new secured guaranty of the Exit Financing provided to KPE LP; provided, however, that Brandon Steele shall not be required to personally guarantee the Initial Trust Payment.
