Initial Transfer definition

Initial Transfer means the transfer of a Surrendered Medallion by the SFMTA to a Transferee under the Medallion Transfer Program, or the transfer of a Medallion to a Transferee under the former Taxi Medallion Sales Pilot Program.
Initial Transfer means the first Transfer made pursuant to the Sale and Contribution Agreement.
