Initial Tenant definition

Initial Tenant means the first New Tenant of a newly constructed Dwelling that has not previously been rented or occupied;
Initial Tenant shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.
Initial Tenant means Tufin Software North America, Inc. (and not its successors or assigns).

  • All such work relating to Alterations shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, using new materials and equipment at least equal in quality to the Initial Tenant Finish.

  • Tenant shall cause all contractors and subcontractors to maintain during any period of Tenant Work (including the Initial Tenant Improvements) the insurance described on Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • However, such Preliminary Plans shall not be used by Tenant for the purposes of constructing or installing the Initial Tenant Improvements.

  • With respect to the contract for labor or materials for construction of the Initial Tenant Improvements, Tenant acts as principal and not as the agent of Landlord.

Initial Tenant means [TENANT ENTITY], or a Person that succeeds to [TENANT ENTITY] as the tenant hereunder pursuant to Section 18.7 hereof.
