Initial Signatories definition

Initial Signatories means the Municipalities and Counties that are signatories to this Agreement in its original form.

  • The Initial Members shall be the Initial Signatories whose participation in the Authority is approved by its registered electors at the November 8TH 2016 election as described in Section 2.05 herein.

  • Digital Signature means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure in accordance with the provisions of section 3;

A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;

  • the Signature Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Party signing last in time;

  • Marquee sign means any sign attached to or supported by a marquee, which is a permanent roof-like projecting structure attached to a building.

  • Wall sign means either a sign applied with paint or similar substance on the surface of a wall or a sign attached essentially parallel to and extending not more than 24 inches from the wall of a building with no copy on the sides or edges.

  • Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. The designated person should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the RFP Process, to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the agency, and to execute any document required to give effect to the outcome of the RFP Process;
