Initial Services definition

Initial Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Initial Services in a sentence

• Upon the parties’ mutual written agreement, (a) Google may charge Customer Fees for the Services after the Initial Services Term and (b) Google may charge Customer Fees for a premium version of the Services or for optional functionality or enhancements that may be added to the Services by Google (such as Google Apps Vault or paid storage, if applicable).

• This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for one (1) year from the beginning of the Initial Services Term (“Contract Term”).

• Rates may not be changed during the Initial Services Term of this Agreement without consent of both Parties.

More Definitions of Initial Services

Initial Services means all Services requested by Customer from Metavante under this Agreement prior to the Commencement Date. The Initial Services requested as of the Effective Date are set forth in the schedules attached hereto, which shall be modified to include any additional services requested by Customer, and agreed to by Metavante, prior to the Commencement Date.

Initial Services means the first services that are provided by the supplier to the customer in terms of the first agreement signed by the customer in respect of the services;

Initial Services means those Services requested by Customer from M&I under this Agreement prior to the Commencement Date.
