Initial Series definition

Initial Series has the meaning set forth in Section 1.08(a).
Initial Series means the initial Series of VMTP Shares issued pursuant to this Statement as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto.

More Definitions of Initial Series

Initial Series means the 11 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2008 issued under this Indenture on or about the date hereof.

Investment Company Act shall mean the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. Investment Percentage shall mean the percentage set forth in Item 1 of Schedule 5 to the Participation Agreement. IRS shall mean the Internal Revenue Service of the United States Department of the Treasury or any successor agency. Issuing Bank shall mean, with respect to the Initial Letter of Credit, The Fuji Bank, Limited, acting through its New York branch, and with respect to each other Letter of Credit, the issuing bank thereof.
Initial Series means the series of Securities, initially authenticated and delivered in the aggregate principal amount of $320,000,000, established in the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of May 1, 2001 between the Company and the Trustee, the form and terms of which are established in the Officer's Certificate, dated May 24, 2001, pursuant to the First Supplemental Indenture.
Initial Series means Series One, as the context dictates
Initial Series. Bonds shall mean the promissory notes of Funding Corp. evidencing the loans made to Funding Corp. under the Term Loan Agreement, issued, authenticated and delivered under the Term Loan Agreement and the Collateral Trust Indenture, as supplemented by the Term Note Supplemental Indenture.
