Initial Seller Property definition

Initial Seller Property has the meaning given such term in Section 2.01 hereof.
Initial Seller Property with respect to any Dealer Loan includes all rights arising after the Closing Date under such Dealer Loans which rights are attributable to advances made under such Dealer Loans as the result of Contracts being added after the Closing Date to the identifiable group of Contracts to which such Dealer Loan relates.
