Initial Reviewer definition

Initial Reviewer means the individual responsible for initially reviewing a UBC Person’s disclosures of Conflicts of Interest and perceived Conflicts of Interest or approving a UBC Person’s Conflicts of Commitment. Except as otherwise designated by the University Counsel, a UBC Person’s Initial Reviewer is the Administrative Head of Unit in which that UBC person holds his or her primary appointment.
Initial Reviewer means the individual, predetermined by PHSA and affiliated programs and institutes, responsible for reviewing a Researcher COI Declaration Form. This individual may be the head of the Researcher department, research institute, or program.‌

  • If a claim is denied in whole or in part, the Claimant will be sent a written notice of denial from the Initial Reviewer within ninety days of receipt of the claim, unless special circumstances require an extension of time for processing the claim.

Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Asset Representations Reviewer means the asset representations reviewer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.

  • External Review means an independent review of an Adverse Benefit Determination conducted by an Independent Review Organization.

  • Non-Lead Asset Representations Reviewer means the party acting as “asset representations reviewer” (within the meaning of Item 1101(m) of Regulation AB) under a Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
