Initial Request definition

Initial Request is defined in Section 2(b).

Examples of Initial Request in a sentence

• Initial Request -- a request to a federal agency for access to records under the Freedom of Information Act.

• An Initial Request Form (a copy of which is attached to this model policy) should be completed at this stage.
