INITIAL PRINCIPAL MARKET definition

INITIAL PRINCIPAL MARKET means the National Association of Securities Dealers Inc.'s OTC Bulletin Board.
INITIAL PRINCIPAL MARKET means the market(s) upon which the Common Stock is designated for quotation on the date of original issuance of the Nonconvertible Notes.
