Initial Price definition

Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.
Initial Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
Initial Price means the price at which any Shares of any class are first offered for purchase or subscription.

More Definitions of Initial Price

Initial Price with respect to an Underlying means the Reference Price of the relevant Underlying on the Strike Date. The Initial Price will be published in accordance with § 11.
