Initial Plant definition

Initial Plant has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Initial Plant means the first Polysilicon plant to be erected by JVCo in Jubail Industrial City with an expected production capacity of a total of *** metric tons (MT) per year.
Initial Plant means the Plant to be constructed by the Company in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Plant

Initial Plant means any plant, vehicles and/or equipment that the parties have, as at the Commencement Date, agreed to hire, in accordance with these Conditions.

  • Commercial plan means a subcontracting plan (including goals) that covers the offeror’s fiscal year and that applies to the entire production of commercial items sold by either the entire company or a portion thereof (e.g., division, plant, or product line).
