Examples of Initial Period in a sentence
In the event that an Initial Period has been specified in Order Form hereto and the Client terminates the agreement before the end of the agreed period, 100% of the outstanding contract value will be payable to StableLogic immediately.
The Agreement shall start on the Effective Date and shall remain in force, subject to clauses 13 and 14, for the Initial Period.
After the expiration of the Initial Period, either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving the other Party at least 30 days’ notice in writing to that effect.
