Initial Payment Date definition

Initial Payment Date has the meaning specified in Section 3 of this Supplement.
Initial Payment Date means the 15th day of April 2010 (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

More Definitions of Initial Payment Date

Initial Payment Date means the third payment date which follows the payable date or, if the payable date falls on the payment date, the second payment date which follows the payable date;
