Initial Payment definition

Initial Payment means the dollar amount specified as the “Initial Payment” in the applicable Purchase Agreement.

Such Initial Payment shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Article VIII.

Such Initial Payment shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Article VIII.
