Initial Option Payment definition

Initial Option Payment means the Option Payment, excluding the Common Stock Contingent Value Rights payable thereunder.

More Definitions of Initial Option Payment

Initial Option Payment means, for each Company Stock Option, the product of (a) the Notional Option Payment for such Company Stock Option multiplied by (b) the Post-Holdback Percentage.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Earn-Out Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(a).
