Initial Operating Date definition

Initial Operating Date means the date when a particular Renewable Energy Facility first became commercially operational.
Initial Operating Date means, with respect to the Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, the first time that:
Initial Operating Date means the first time that: (a) all Biloxi Gaming Licenses have been granted and have not been revoked or suspended; (b) all Liens (other than Permitted Liens), if any, related to the development, construction and equipping of, and beginning operations at, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi have been discharged or, if payment is not yet due or if such payment is contested in good faith by Premier, sufficient funds remain in the Construction Disbursement Account to discharge such Liens and Premier has taken any action (including the institution of legal proceedings) necessary to prevent the sale of any or all of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi or the real property on which the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi will be constructed; (c) the Independent Construction Consultant shall deliver a certificate to the trustee certifying that the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is substantially complete in all material respects in accordance with the Final Plans and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations; (d) the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is in a condition (including installation of furnishings, fixtures and equipment) to receive customers in the ordinary course of business; (e) the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is open to the public and operating with the Minimum Facilities; (f) the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is open to the public and operating in accordance with applicable law in all material respects; and (g) a permanent or temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi by the appropriate governmental authorities.

More Definitions of Initial Operating Date

Initial Operating Date means the first time that:
Initial Operating Date means the date that the Company is notified by the Owner that the PROJECT has been tested, commissioned, interconnected to the grid and is capable of producing electricity as designed.
Initial Operating Date means the first day of the month following the date upon which the Facility becomes fully operational.
Initial Operating Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Indenture.

Related to Initial Operating Date

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).
