Initial Notice to Proceed definition

Initial Notice to Proceed means the authorization issued by the CO to start incoming transition performance of this Contract.
Initial Notice to Proceed or “Initial NTP” means the written notice from the Authority directing the Design Consultant to commence its responsibilities with respect to a Task Order under this Agreement.
Initial Notice to Proceed means the first Notice to Proceed issued by the CPUC for the Project pursuant to Section 4.1.1 of the CPUC’s Mitigation Monitoring, Compliance, and Reporting Plan for the Project dated April 2014. The Initial Notice to Proceed may apply to only part of the Project, or it may be a Full Notice to Proceed. .

  • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
